Alexandrea and her family came up to Portland for this epic Portland maternity photography session. We met at Elk Rock Island, which is one of my favorite hidden gems in town. It’s an other-worldly place but easily accessible (as long as the water level is low enough!). The first part of the session was a short family session with her husband and toddler son. We just strolled the short beach and nearby pathways. Then Alexandrea changed into the gorgeous teal maternity gown that I have and it was time to play! We climbed around the rocks, tossed the train into the air, and even got into the water. I love how these maternity images came out!
