This session was a surprise gift! Holly reached out because they were surprising her mom with a trip to Portland to visit her family. Isn’t that the sweetest? It was Grandma’s birthday too, and what a fun way to celebrate. I love that they thought of getting photos done while they were all together to commemorate and remember the occasion. We were unsure of the weather so we chose Cathedral Park with its bridge overpasses. It was drizzling and the overpass definitely did not quite protect us, but everyone powered through just fine. And, even though it was a gloomy day, the family’s bright clothing really makes the photos so much lighter and happier!
