This was a different kind of session for me and interesting on its own merits. This family was getting together for the holidays, including some people from out of state, and wanted to get nice photos of everyone together–there are FOUR generations! Great-grandmother, grandparents and grand-uncle, and two sibling families with three grandchildren, all in one place for the holidays. I love that people value their special time together and know how important it is to capture moments now, to be cherished later.
For this session, I brought my umbrella lighting set up so that everyone would be lit nice and evenly. It’s nice to be able to control the light in any room and make the session successful no matter where we are!
