This was my first maternity session in my new Portland studio! It was so much fun, and there’s so much possibility here! We played with light and fabric and colors. I experimented with some more extreme editing than I normally do, and I really like how they turned out.
I worked with Miss M in her first pregnancy, in this gorgeous forest maternity session! She had a baby girl and now she is having a baby boy. <3
Having a studio is such a great option for maternity sessions! Mamas-to-be get tired, get too hot/too cold, need extra time to change. So having the luxury of my own space without worrying about rental time ending, or finding a place to change outside, is so wonderful. Not to mention privacy, and also being able to keep my own equipment there. There are so many things to use and play with and experiment with!
