Meet my amazing little sister, Alexis! I’ve wanted to do a photo session with her forever, and on a recent visit home, we finally had some time to take pictures together.
She played several varsity sports in high school, earned college & AP credits, and was valedictorian. In college, she joined a sorority, majored in communications, studied abroad in Rome, and graduated early! Now, after more European adventures earlier this year, she’s off to graduate school in the fall. Many great things are in her future.
She was born when I was in middle school, so of course it’s really tough to understand how she could possibly be grown-up. 🙂 But she’s a lovely, kind-hearted, and hard-working person and we are all so very proud of her. Look out, world!
Our first stop was a nature trail near the house. I adore the forest of the Pacific Northwest. Can’t go wrong with the evergreen!
Next, we returned home, where tall grass provided a lovely foreground and backdrop. It was a beautiful day and I was so thrilled to create these beautiful portraits of this wonderful young lady!
